🏴 Peak District - Kinder Scout & Kinder Downfall Circular
Description – why you need to visit this place ⚡
The Kinder Scout and Kinder Downfall circular is one of the most varied hikes I have done in the UK - it's great! It is also the highest peak in the Peak District.

Route description 🔍
The circular route we did was great and I would highly recommend it. We saw a reservoir, river, waterfall, etc. The trail itself involves a trail along the reservoir, a climb along the river to the top of the waterfall, and green fields along the descent.
Parking info 🚙
We parked at the suggested spot on All Trails by Bowdon Bridge (53.37937, -1.92817) - it was free. It was easy to find a parking spot along the wall of the road, but expect it to be busier when the weather is good as this is a very popular route.
Tips/tricks/advice... 🤘
We did the hike on a very foggy day so missed out on some of the views. It was still a great hike though and the fog made it a mystical and unique experience. I would recommend wrapping up though as we got very cold towards the top.
Food recommendations 🍴
Take a packed lunch and sit on the rocks by the summit.
Stay wild,
