Jess Silva is Co-Founder of Carbon Jacked, presenter on sport and sustainability and general Mad Queen.

She's CJ's Creative Director and oversees all the comms, marketing and membership side of the business (what she calls the 'fun stuff'). Jess loves fusing together her love for sport and the environment, she is on the Advisory Panel for the Women's Sport Collective and a trained broadcast journalist, working for the likes of Sky Sports, England Netball and the Rugby League World Cup. Jess believes that sport has the power to make a big difference when it comes to tackling climate change. When she isn't in front of the camera or on the mic you can often find Jess wild swimming or trail running.
