Greenwashing - this is probably a term you've heard loads, but what on earth is it?
Basically.... It's eco bullsh*t
Greenwashing, in a nutshell, is when a company tries to market itself or its products as more environmentally friendly than they are.
Making false green claims; rather than trying to be more sustainable, they try to look more sustainable just to get more money.
Not all businesses are bad and not all of their claims are bullsh*t. But, it's often hard to tell the difference.
Ultimately, you just have to research who to buy from.
And - if you want a short hack - if they present themselves as perfect, they're almost definitely not.
